On the day of pick up Joe Croce took his time and went through all the electronics and features of the car with the patience of a saint! He was such a big help as these cars have quite a lot of new features. One guy, I think it may have been Matthew Rivera, even came in on his day off to do the paperwork with us! My husband was impressed that when he found a car online that he liked in the middle of the night, he was able to chat with someone and make an appointment to see the car first thing in the morning. Toyota offers a variety of packages depending on how long you expect to keep your car. I got everything I needed for my lifestyle. Thank You Allen for explaining all the details. Most appreciated.
