Professional and knowledgeable service I brought my car in and service I received was very nice. All time I was there knowing my car is taken care of. My service representative was Jay Lett I brought my car in and service I received was very nice. All time I was there knowing my car is taken care of. My service representative was Jay Lettieri. He treated me very professionally and was very knowledgeable about my needs. He turned out to be very responsive to my calls as well, and quickly answered all the questions I had and provided all the information about my car that I needed. I got my car back quickly receiving a loaner meantime, my car drives just fine. Thank you! More

Not pushy! I walked into this dealer being greeted by a receptionist and salesman. Joe then took me to show me a few vehicles of what I seemed interested in. A I walked into this dealer being greeted by a receptionist and salesman. Joe then took me to show me a few vehicles of what I seemed interested in. And with in a few minutes I was out driving GLC 300. Joe wasn’t pushy or a now it all. He was listening to all my questions and concerns and answered all my questions. Before I knew it I was leaving as a new Mercedes owner and very happy. Thank you Joe!!! I will return here!! More
