I have had my vehicle in there 4 times for service. overall they have always done a good job, However it seems they are moving too fast and quality is starting to go down hill. When I had my tires rota overall they have always done a good job, However it seems they are moving too fast and quality is starting to go down hill. When I had my tires rotated last visit this month, The rims looked like crap and I had then clean the brake dust off. This should have been done before I picked up the vehicle. The best advice I can give is slow down and double check the work being preformed. Moving to fast and things get missed. You guys do a good job, but it can get better. I would still recommend and will continue to use their service dept for now. More

This was the best buying experience that I've EVER had. I was very impressed from the phone call I made the night before traveling there (1 hour away). Bobby answered the phone and I asked if they had a ce I was very impressed from the phone call I made the night before traveling there (1 hour away). Bobby answered the phone and I asked if they had a certain vehicle that I seen on there website and she informed me that 1 of the three was still available and that they opened at 9am. Joe Anthony would be there to assist me. I arrived approximately 9:15am and he was there and Bobby also greeted me once she knew I was in the showroom because she had called and texted me to be sure I was still coming. From there all went as smooth as silk. Issues I had with the dollar figures were quickly and professionally corrected. It was just a wonderful experience from start to finish. I have been buying new vehicles since 1986 and I believe this is my 13th new vehicle and this experience tops them all. I know they could have sold this vehicle without bending over backwards for me but I felt I was a priority to them with the quality of service I received. I will definitely be a return customer and will spread the word. I already have a close friend interested in a new Jeep and they will be going to Southern even though it is a bit of a drive. I feel confident they will have a great experience also because I don't recommend anyone for anything usually because it has blown up in my face. I honestly don't feel that would happen with this dealership. Everyone that I had contact with at Southern Chrysler Jeep - Greenbrier was extremely professional and friendly.
