Took both of our vehicles in for service first thing in the morning. It was very busy, but the staff was very helpful. We had waited for a time and I had to get home so I paid for and took one vehicle home the morning. It was very busy, but the staff was very helpful. We had waited for a time and I had to get home so I paid for and took one vehicle home with me. My husband waited for the other vehicle and because they had misplaced the key, it took longer than usual, so they comped us the service. I will continue to use this service center. More

I am sorry I took so long to respond! Mario Otero is an excellent customer service agent and the only one I trust to assist me. I own a 2004 Hyundai, bought from your dealership, so I have been dealing w excellent customer service agent and the only one I trust to assist me. I own a 2004 Hyundai, bought from your dealership, so I have been dealing with your dealership a long time; Mario is the absolutely best customer service agent you have ever had! Jody Glass is an excellent mechanic. He is definitely the best I have ever had! Together they make a great team! Jody always me allows to come back to the 'shop' and he shows me what is wrong and what needs to be repaired. In years past I have had a number of customer service agents and mechanics Mario is definitely the most thorough in explaining what needs to be repaired and Jody shows me what is wrong under the hood and explains what will fix it. If the part needs to be ordered Mario calls and keeps me updated on when to expect it to arrive. If the time is extended he always offers to get me a loaner. They are the only two I always request before bringing in my car. Thanks to very much to both of them! Linda Lines More
