I still haven't received my paperwork from the deal I signed. I was told it would be sent to me via email and I have reached out 3 different times and I haven t got anything back. Taylor was great b signed. I was told it would be sent to me via email and I have reached out 3 different times and I haven t got anything back. Taylor was great before I even came down to the dealership. She worked out a deal that made me choose there instead of Southside Kia and once got there I was told that the OTD on the car the sales manager didn't use the right numbers and that the OTD price actually turned out to be $4k more then what was agreed upon. I am looking at buying at least 2 more vehicles and will probably look at different dealerships based on my experience. More

Poor results. Car on the shop for over six months. Repair not right. Was taken back once. Problems still persist. Rude attention, loaner car charged to my personal Car on the shop for over six months. Repair not right. Was taken back once. Problems still persist. Rude attention, loaner car charged to my personal card. Really a disaster if I May say. Previous manager was at least polite and took care of the service advisors to be that way.
