As a female veteran I felt listened to… based on my needs. Yuri (my salesman) was patient and made sure all my questions were answered. My appointment was at 10:40 but I came in early to see if they would take me early, which they did. I had an oil change and two recalls to deal with. Total wait time was less than 2 hours. Ashley Dykstra greated us as soon walked in I explained to her that we we're on our way home when the service engine light came on and the car told us to get the car serviced asap. Ashley said she would ge to her that we we're on our way home when the service engine light came on and the car told us to get the car serviced asap. Ashley said she would get us in with the next available tech. He diagnosed and repaired My Kia Sorento in a very timely manor. I can't say enough about how well we we're taken care of and was able to finish our trip home. I wish this dealership was closer to my house ad I would definitely be using them. I also liked how they kept me updated on the progress of the work being performed in real time. More

Unreasonable fees on inexpensive used car. Extra fees of $1,500 on a $8,500 car and told they can’t remove the fees. So the dealer makes $2,000 on the base trade in and another in markup, near Extra fees of $1,500 on a $8,500 car and told they can’t remove the fees. So the dealer makes $2,000 on the base trade in and another in markup, nearly 40% profit! We walked of course. The fact the manager Tyler says they can’t negotiate on fees shows lack of customer focus, a red flag for sure. More
