She followed through all the steps what a customer needs while buying starting from welcoming us, explain the features, test drive, working on the numbers and closing the deal. The only thing as a dealer, they can improve is , they need to have more inventory. I wanted a white and black combo where as I ended up buying a blue color vehicle.
