My sales person, Karen Covino, offered highly capable, supportive, patient, and friendly support throughout the entire exploratory and buying process. She worked extremely well with me and my family to help facilitate and personally understand our desires and needs in a new luxury car, and then to fulfill our interests by way of the delivery of the right car for us and to do so in a timely manner. Also shaping our exceptional experience was everyone else on the Land Rover Princeton team. Jorge Figueroa went out of his way to introduce himself, welcoming us, and to ensure that everything was going well. With the Financing, Michael Krail, took us efficiently yet thoroughly through the process and kept it fun. We found out we are both big NY Giants fans! And last but not least, Julia Balazinski, walked me very knowledgeably through the myriad wonderful features in my new Velar, and patiently and kindly answered my many questions. Jimmy made this car buying experience just about as easy as it was to hop into my brand new 2017 Ranger Rover Evoque. No horror stories of haggling and up-selling things that I didn't need.
