My experience at Jaguar Land Rover of Princeton was exceptional on, not one, but two occasions- both within the last nine months. I have been working through the process of ordering a custom build from Jaguar with Karen for the last six months. At all times (both in and out of office hours) she has been available to answer my quest custom build from Jaguar with Karen for the last six months. At all times (both in and out of office hours) she has been available to answer my questions politely and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Karen. We had been working with Alex over the internet; upon meeting, it was clear that he was not your "salesperson" of years gone by. Alex was an enthusiast's personal shopper. He knew his product; he knew the competing products, was aware of the real-world market conditions. Upon delivery, Nolan was also fantastic through the entire process. They both followed up with us the next day. Alex did not just sell us a car; he helped us buy the right car!
