It was literally the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a more than a few dealership experiences). I told them what I was looking for and my budget. They did not play games, they are straight to the point and they will find you something you will be happy with and within your budget. They are willing and wanting to work with you. You can tell customer satisfaction is key for them! I went in hesitant and left with a new car! Extremely happy with my purchase. Jimmy is the best! He was able to provide great details about the cars. He listens to want it is you want and he will get it done. If you go to Honda in Clifton, ask for jimmy! More

Rather than a "hard sell," he gave me a lot of helpful information so that I could narrow down what I was looking for to meet my needs. Very high ethics, he even suggested that a lower priced car would meet my needs -- I would think that's unheard of in this kind of business. He was well informed and patient, and I saw him helping out and giving advice to other junior sales consultants as well. The entire team was professional and there to help me get through the process smoothly. Debbie Breslin, who is the new GM there is friendly, knowledgeable and calm under pressure. I wanted not to go thru hoops getting a car and dealing with every person in the dealership . The waalked me thru every step . Treated me as a customer not another sale . The most important they keep their promise and worked with me and really cared about my purchase . I told them upfront no empty promises if I get to car dealer and then a different price . They honored all that we discussed on the phone . I made the deal in one day and picked up the car . They stayed that evening til 10pm til I was able to sign and drive away in my new crv ex car. They arranged for an appointment for a person to go over all the feautures and how they work . I have bought multiple homdas and never had this service . I am completed happy with my purchase . I would wiithout hesitation lease another car from them . The credit person didn't over sell add ons . Recommended what I needed so I wouldn't have charges when I returned the car after lease . I bought a plan that was added to my lease payment so I don't have to worry about scratches or dents after the lease is returned to dealership Many people get stuck with return fees for wear and tear . This was the best thing, it gives me a peace of mind . It just shows that again that had my best interest . Don't hesitate go see them At garden state Honda ! they will take care of you you You will be super satisfied . They make the process seamless and painless! Like the Nike commercial ! Just do it !!
