The salesmen were not hovering over you and trying to pressure you to buy a car now. The salesman, Jimmie Whorley was the most experienced car salesman I have met. He truly knows a lot about the cars he is selling. I am a car guy and tend to ask a lot of technical questions. Jimmy answered all my questions without hesitation. Our experience ended with Joe Boscarino, delivery coordinator, who explained how to use all the high tech features, especially the on screen and navigation features. This was very helpful. More

The buying experience for my new F150 was honestly smooth, hassle-free and downright pleasant. Got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted with everything being on the up and up. That's right, a pleasant experience negotiating and purchasing a new vehicle with no surprises or hidden fees. And yes, I have purchased many new vehicles the past 30 years and this by far was the best experience I ever had. Moveover, my salesman Jimmy Whorley was extremely knowledgeable, polite and eager to provide any assistance or answer any questions I had. As a side note, being an engineer I had many techinal questions. Jimmy also went above and beyond the call of duty and climbed into the bed of my truck after picking it up and and installed some cleats for me. Sales know their equipment and their stock and they're willing to go anywhere to get you that cat that you want - Jimmy Whorley Jr. Actually went to the other lot to get the car my daughter wanted in March. The car was buried in mountains of snow. He dug the car out and brought it to dealership for us. We bought that's car and now we're back with my son looking for cars for him. We got one. Jimmy was waiting for us and had the cat in his head he fought my son would want - BAM he had it. My son is thrilled with his car and we continue to be customers here. More
