All persons involved with getting us the exact vehicle we wanted with the exact options we wanted (no more/no less) went way beyond what any of the other dealers did and didnt give up until we were completely satisfied.I was always informed by phone or email of their progress(up to the minute), for example: searching/finding the correct vehicle,pricing/leasing-questions/answers,when the vehicle was all detailed and ready to go...etc. We really have to mention our salesman by name..and he is Michael Howard ...great guy..great salesman..I almost feel sorry for him after all that he went through on our behalf..our demands etc..all with a smile on his face! All the people (even the people we didnt deal with at all) were so nice and inviting ..and the inside of this dealership is second to none. More
