I see Ray Catena as one of the most professional dealerships I ever visited. When I submitted an online enquiry for my car at 6:30 pm EST the response was instantaneous and my sales rep Jim Todd was dealerships I ever visited. Jim called me and provided me basic details and understood my requirement. I walked into the dealership next day and it was a tremendous experience from that moment onwards. We booked our car after couple of days and in that process Jim showed us all the options available and patiently took us through all the cars available in the showroom to give us the feel of the interiors we were looking for. From the day we booked our car and the day it was delivered to us, there were multiple email communications enquiring the status and all the information was provided in a transparent manner. Jim guided us through the financing process and never pushed us to go with dealer choice. I am also impressed with the huge inventory available and very courteous staff. Finally, I would recommend Ray Catena and Jim based on my experience. The paper work on the day of delivery was completed according to my choice of time and provided a nice demo regarding the features on my Car. I strongly recommend Ray Catena Edison. More

While my paperwork was being processed, Sean was called in to show me all the features of the car. He was very patient and explained everything in detail. My last stop was with Gina in finance, who was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, my experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
