Jim Reed is a 6 Star salesman, very knowlegable and if he did not know a question he would find out. Our car purcahse was longer then most sales but he was very patient and Patrick Dunn also helped with our did not know a question he would find out. Recently leased a vehicle from this location due to the incredible customer service from Jim Reed. He called me to ask about a car I inquired about and when I explained my last experience with the boardman incredible customer service from Jim Reed. He called me to ask about a car I inquired about and when I explained my last experience with the boardman ohio kia store he said to come see him and he hoped to change the bad taste I had from the other kia location. When I got there he unfortunately left for the day but Caleb and Kam helped me out and they were just as amazing as Jim I would highly recommend Kia of Alliance and these 3. More
