I contacted Colonial Subaru in Danbury, CT not knowing what to expect. I spoke with Drew Furtado and I got a good vibe instantly. I came in and he had the car ready to be test driven. He is very knowledgeable with Subaru, I learned a lot of about safety features and the heated strip under windshield that no one ever told me about! Well, after the test drive we talked about pricing and my different options with financing. I am a realistic person. I understand they are a business, but I just wanted to make sure I was treated fairly. I believe I was with Drew and Colonial. I got the car I wanted at the price I expected. It was a really good experience. He paired my phone to the blutooth, showed me all about the car. I'm happy and would not hesitate purchasing another car from Drew and this dealer. Thanks so much! I had made an inquiry online for a 2010 VW jetta TDI. Christer Cambriello called me with all of the details. We made an appointment to test drive, and sure enough the car was there waiting for me. I loved the car- it was in mint condition being a used car. My father was a mechanic and taught me all the tricks. This dealership is nothing but professional- no tricks involved. I couldn't take the car that day, but I wanted to come back the next week to pick it up. I jokingly asked if someone could pick me up from the metro north train station to take me to my new car. Christer without blinking said it was no problem at all. Such service! With living in NJ I thought the registration/insurance process would be a hassle, but the dealership handled everything for me. I cannot say enough about this dealership and it's staff. Thanks again guys! More
