Dishonest Recently purchased a used car from this dealer. Looked it over and noticed some minor dings and scrapes, so they detailed it and fixed them. Car looked new, in great shape so I purchased it. Once I got home I took some photos and noticed a dent very low on the door sil, so low that I had to be standing pretty far to the side to see it. Unfortunately this also has rust on it, on a 3 year old car. The dealer did not disclose this to me even after detailing it. The detail team didn’t even attempt to touch it up despite fixing the other dings. They of course also are unwilling to fix it aside from applying some touch up paint. I understand I should have noticed prior to purchasing but I still find the dealer’s actions shady and dishonest. I’ve dealt with better private sellers. More
