Life circumstances, etc. I traded in my old car with 225000+ miles on it. It was time to move on. Mike made me feel at ease. We joked and laughed, but ultimately, he made me feel my business was important. I was a difficult customer as far as credit. He never once made me feel that I was wasting his time.
