He was ver patience and understanding, we never felt pressured or rushed. Regardless of the day or time of day we had a question, he responded promptly. The delivery went extremely well. He took his time and explained everything about the car especially the technology. Even after the delivery, we had questions and he was always there to help. The other reason we came back to Lincoln Honda was the service department. I think they are the best of the best!!
