I took home a car and within 72 business hours brought it back with issues that I did not feel safe driving it. They had already sold my car, so I pretty much had no choice but to pick another vehicle from t back with issues that I did not feel safe driving it. They had already sold my car, so I pretty much had no choice but to pick another vehicle from them that was thousands of dollars cheaper because they would have lost money due to already finalizing the first vehicles loan. Plus I realized that instead of including the warranty with the price I was told for the first vehicle, it was additional to the price. For the second vehicle they again added the cost of the warranty to the price I was told was the purchase price without the standard sales tax ect.. . I still had to bring the vehicle back to fix issues that were either overlooked or ignored from the presale inspection, like worn out wiper blades, a nail in a tire (that I had to buy another tire to make sure they matched for mechanical and manufacturer compliance). I received a letter from a bank declining me the loan for the sole reason that, the vehicle was not worth the money the dealership was asking for. At this point I was so frustrated and tired of dealing with issue after issue. I gave up and went home with the second vehicle that I am thousands of dollars upside down and is probably more than double of what I should have been. I absolutely feel like I got the short end of the stick, no I did not even get a piece of the stick, that would have been me and the dealership walking away happy with the transaction, but this entire experience was extremely exhausting and unfinished. To the point I feel that I should have a vehicle worth what I paid at least. More
