I took it in to have parts installed, purchased through
the Chevy Accessory website. After they installed the subwoofer, it didn’t work, I called back within 30 mins of leaving but, I was told that tech

After they installed the subwoofer, it didn’t work, I called back within 30 mins of leaving but, I was told that tech had already left for the day, and was off Friday, so I would get a call back Monday… of course no one ever called all week. so I went and fixed it myself this weekend, the guy didn't properly set connection wires into the sub so the connection was not solid. I will be taking my car to a different dealer for service moving forward
