He listens to what we need, he respects what we say, works within our budget and goes the extra mile (no, make that the extra 5 miles) to do what he can to help us. Rachel was in an accident last weekend and Jim is helping her to find what is a good fit for her - and as usual, is going the extra mile to help us. I really did used to hate buying cars. We're so glad we met Jim - and grateful for ALL the help he has given us. More
