Even though there were many people, I was attended fairly quickly. Jerry Giec assisted me and he was the utmost in courtesy, respect and helpfulness. He worked with my budget to find the perfect car. I saw several cars within my range, and finally chose a 2015 Toyota Corolla. He really went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He was also very honest and gave me all the information about each car, which was accurate. The financing was done with Jesus Padin, He was also very pleasant, respectful and helpful. Even though the process was finished after closing time, everyone still had a good attitude. I did not feel rushed or pressured at any time. I was also given an excellent deal on my trade-in. All in all, it was a great car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealer More

Excellent service in new car purchase I never enjoy the process of buying a new car. I enter the dealership with one request. Give me your very best price and if it works, we have a deal I never enjoy the process of buying a new car. I enter the dealership with one request. Give me your very best price and if it works, we have a deal. I am not interested in lengthy negotiations. I then go to one or two other dealers and request the same and then make my decision. Nestor Ambrosio was the only salesman who gave me a legitimate price for the vehicle that I wanted. The other dealerships were terrible and I am happy to share them; Northbrook Toyota and Arlington Toyota. Northbrook Toyota is 5 minutes from my home, but I would rather drive 30-40 minutes than.deal with their rude and arrogant salesmen. The agreed upon price was honored and I am very pleased with the way I was treated by Nestor. I will be happy to share my ongoing experiences with Bredemann on this website as I use the car. The finance representative, Jesus Padin, was very helpful in explaining options and creating a better situation for protecting the car over the next several years. I was very impressed with his care and attention as well. At this point in time, I would highly recommend working with Bredemann once you do your homework. I hope that this review will be a helpful for others. More
