He asked probing questions like How long do you keep your vehicles? How many miles do you put on them per year? Do you prefer more power - ie V8 or economy? I also was pleasantly surprised how friendly and efficiently the buying process was run since I was not prepared to purchase a vehicle that day (no car title / no checks with me / nothing).
