Multiple experiences with the sales and service departments over the past 18 years have proven most disappointing to say the least! My most recent experience has involved a service person attemptin departments over the past 18 years have proven most disappointing to say the least! My most recent experience has involved a service person attempting to drive my vehicle off a sidewalk curb and failing to see why a customer would have a issue with this, to a sales person charging undisclosed fees on a new vehicle, failing to cancel a retail contract and then telling me the customer that my purchase of a vehicle does not generate a significant enough amount of revenue to warrant me being a valued customer, therefore I should lose the dealership’s address and telephone number and never darken their doorway again! In my 43 years of purchasing and owning new automobiles I have never encountered a dealership as unscrupulous, fraudulent, deceitfully manipulative, reckless, mean spirited and unprofessional as Westbury Toyota. I would advise any individual to avoid this dealership at all costs! More
