Dishonest and pushy. Was told by the "finance guy"that monthly amount would be x amount. After I agreed to said price they came back with a different number and said th Was told by the "finance guy"that monthly amount would be x amount. Should have just walked away after that but at that point it was the closest dealership to go through. More

Did not disclose hidden costs which were added to the price of the car like gap insurance. Delivery of the car was terrible. The entertainment screen was not functioning properly and they told us we coul price of the car like gap insurance. Delivery of the car was terrible. The entertainment screen was not functioning properly and they told us we could go down the street to the Toyota dealer to get it fixed. I will never buy another car there and will encourage others not to do so as well. More
