I want to say a bit our experience with Jesus "Chuy" Serna. In short, the experience was wonderful! From the time we were first greeted by him, as we were about to enter the showroom, he was personabl Serna. In short, the experience was wonderful! From the time we were first greeted by him, as we were about to enter the showroom, he was personable and very eager to help. We discussed what we might be interested in for an electric vehicle. He described in significant detail about the Bolt which we had been interested in, and that there was a 3 to 4 month waiting time after ordering. We told him the features we might like, what our trade-in was, and that we would give it some serious thought. He also told us about the tax benefits that purchasing the vehicle would give us, and that there was a substantial monetary benefit for installing a home charging port. We were a bit overwhelmed by the flow of information as Jesus was ready for all of our questions. Several days later he called us and told us that a vehicle similar to what we had described was being returned to the dealership by a customer who wanted to upgrade. Naturally we went to see the vehicle which was nearly perfect for our needs. In short, we liked it well enough that we completed the transaction. We are more than pleased! I cannot emphasize enough how accommodating and helpful Jesus was to us! We have never had as rewarding an experience with a vehicle as we had with this purchase, thanks to Jesus. I would not hesitate to recommend Jesus to any of my friends or family seeking a vehicle! More
