Very unfortunate situation where I was promised that the car I was purchasing would be looked over by the service department since it just arrived. It was NOT. I had to take it in THREE times for service wi car I was purchasing would be looked over by the service department since it just arrived. It was NOT. I had to take it in THREE times for service within the first week. Worst of all was that both Daniel and Jesu saw me sitting there for hours and never spoke to me until Chris, from service, told Jesu to say something to me. Jesu admitted seeing me there but never called, emailed, or came over to me to apologize until he was instructed to do so. Very poor customer service on the sales side. Do they not understand repeat customers and that I would speak about my experience with colleagues, friends, neighbors, etc.? VERY. The service department, Christopher, and Javier are excellent though. My review of them will be much stronger. Dr. Lore McFadden More
