My 2013 f-150 had an open recall for a transmission problem. I made an appointment. Upon arrival I was met at service. All my info was taken and I was told it would be about 1 hour. After 45 minutes problem. I made an appointment. Upon arrival I was met at service. All my info was taken and I was told it would be about 1 hour. After 45 minutes I was met with a service agent. She informed me the software update had not fixed the problem. They had also preformed an extensive safety check on the truck. All was done with no charge. The recall was covered by Ford and the inspection was done as a courtesy. I am always pleased when I interact with Tasca Motor group. More

I WAS LIED TOO! ! By the Head Service Department Woman as u walk in the service Dept Door to Check in your vehicle for service. I had my car serviced there & gave ! The Woman in the service department front end Called Me & asked if I changed my review to a positive review, & if I did, they would give me a $159.00 refund & $15.00 refund on my points so I would get a check of $174.00 So, I changed my review like she asked me too because I wanted the Refund. WELL, I NEVER GOT THE REFUND CHECK!!! SHE LIED to Me just for me to change my Review from a Negative to a Positive Review. She should be FIRED for calling Me & Scamming ME, making promises & not fulfilling them. WHERE"S MY CHECK??? I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO TASCA FORD FOR MY VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED OR BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. DON'T LIE OR SCAM PEOPLE TO CHANGE THEIR REVIEWS TO MAKE TASCA EMPLOYEES LOOK GOOD TO COPERATE!! More
