King Windward Hana Hou! I first corresponded online with Internet sales, to look into the purchase of a new vehicle to replace my Xterra (from King Windward) which had served I first corresponded online with Internet sales, to look into the purchase of a new vehicle to replace my Xterra (from King Windward) which had served me well for 11+ years and counting. It was high in mileage and the advertised deals had interested me, though I was in no hurry to buy. Jessica worked with me and quoted a great price on the vehicle I was interested in, so I decided to visit. Meeting her was a pleasure, and she showed me whatever I wanted to look at, options and pricing. Test drove the vehicle but was a bit unsure of purchasing without more research. In the next few days we stayed in contact, and she answered all the questions I had as well as researching all pricing options (she did a lot). I set a price I was comfortable with and it was met! Went back in and got the deal done quickly, so now I am on my 2nd vehicle from King, a brand new Rogue Sport, and couldn't be happier. Jessica was awesome to deal with and so very helpful, she was also tech savvy enough to to show me some things on her tablet and helped set up the phone connection in the new car. She even helped me clean out the Xterra I was trading in. Aside from the great price, got a bunch of other freebies to sweeten the deal! The paperwork was a breeze, and Rob made it quick and easy, a lot done on a tablet, and no stack of papers...everything put on a flash drive...so cool! I have always been treated well at King Windward Nissan, and both Jessica and Rob and even Ke'ali'i (who helped a bit with the insurance agent though I wasn't his customer) continued their great service reputation. Mahalo again to everyone there for an awesome buying experience! More

After exploring various alternatives, I finally chose a used vehicle they had available, WITH a CD player. I had intended to get a new vehicle but ended with a used one. Of course at less cost than I had anticipated. I'm happy with the decision. They were very helpful to get what I wanted. More
