Jessica was great. She was friendly and knew her stuff. I do want to point out that the car was "detailed" before delivery and that the floor mats were missing. Just purchased my third auto from Windward Nissan. Each time has been an outstanding experience. I have dealt with the other two dealerships and they cannot compare with Kings. Actually, I first went to time has been an outstanding experience. I have dealt with the other two dealerships and they cannot compare with Kings. Actually, I first went to Kings because the other two dealerships gave me the run a round regarding defects. So I took the Nissan I bought from another dealer to Kings and got the first class service a customer deserves. That being said, if you want the best, ask for Jessica. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and understands that each customer is looking for the best deal possible. She will work with you to achieve that. I turned in a lease auto and Gave the payoff figure given to me by GM. We agreed on the purchase price out the door for the new Nissan. Shortly after that, the manager, Sherman Lee and Jessica informed me that the out the door amount was $800 less. Wow. That was because when they contacted GM their payoff price is less than a customers. Remember now, the deal was already made and signed. I doubt if any of the other dealers would have done that. SO, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KINGS WINDWARD NISSAN More
