The Service Advisor, Jessica Hermida and Assistant Service Manager, David Ferrence were great. It was Christmas Eve and I was visiting New Jersey from South Carolina I had a nail in my tire.and the se Service Manager, David Ferrence were great. It was Christmas Eve and I was visiting New Jersey from South Carolina I had a nail in my tire.and the service department was shutting down early for the holiday. The dealership had the exact tire for my vehicle . The tire was rotated and balanced and I was out of there in less than an hour. and I waa able to resume my holiday vacation.
