When I expressed trepidation about an issue I was confused on, she didn't pressure me to make a move but patiently reiterated and explained the points again. As a woman, I've had my share of horrid experiences while shopping for vehicles, but this wasn't one of them. Working with an intuitive female team- from sales to signing- lowered my anxiety and things felt smooth and effortless.
