I brought the pickup in for a recall. .i had a door ajar dash light on and told them to look into that..i was told the mechanic needed another hour to work on it which i approved..when the .i had a door ajar dash light on and told them to look into that..i was told the mechanic needed another hour to work on it which i approved..when they called and said my truck was ready i found that not only was the door ajar light still on but then the door locks weren’t working..Jessica told me to bring it back which i did..the problem was a door latch..the problem was eventually solved but the fact is you don’t want to call a customer and say your vehicle is ready when it’s not..also i was told that the ball joints needed to be replaced..i took it to a different shop and found out the ball joints were fine..the problem was a wheel bearing so that means your technician mis diagnosed the problem More
