Very friendly customer service, I didn’t like the fact they had to run a Diagnostics report for $203.27 to tell me that the back hatch lock needed replacing. That was what I brought it in for. It was bad they had to run a Diagnostics report for $203.27 to tell me that the back hatch lock needed replacing. That was what I brought it in for. It was bad enough that the part was $500.00. The service department was very friendly and efficient. More
