A terrific free service offered by the dealership called love encore delivery had us spend time with the specialist, Darla, acquainting is with all the new features of our Outback. She helped us set up everything from Bluetooth to seat positions and the touch screen. Her patience with us was most appreciated and had helped us thoroughly enjoy our new car. He kept me appraised on the progress of my service including leaking A/C o-rings which was discovered by his mechanic. Jesse had me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time considering all the work that was performed on my Forester (CVTF flush, all-wheel alignment and A/C o-rings replaced).
