We came with our son who just graduated from College and Jerry Paule came to us and showed him the cars. What I really appreciated was Jerry talked to our son and treated him like he would treated other customer. Jerry didn't treat our son differently because he is young. He directly spoke to him since this is for him. Then John Ream the Financial man also treated our son like another adult who dealt with this kind of things. This is the first rodeo for our son to learn about buying a new car and loan and other info. These two people really respect our son as a person. Well we really impressed and we decided to return to Jerry Paule to buy a car for us. I highly recommended to come to this location and asked Jerry Paule. He is respectful, honest and very personable. More

I was pleasantly surprised when I purchased my 2016 Ford F150 from Lou Fusz. My salesperson, Jerry Paule, was very easy to work with and I felt like I was being provided a service vs. being "sold" a vehicle. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and after I ordered the vehicle kept me aware of the progress the vehicle was making through its production cycle. Not really necessary, but it shows that he was willing to go that extra mile. All in all I was very impressed and satisfied with my vehicle buying experience at Lou Fusz, and would recommend the dealership and Jerry Paule as a salesperson. More

I decided to participate in the Ford Supplier X-Plan. I had contacted a couple dealers on different vehicles - Ford and Lincoln. Jerry Paule at Lou Fusz Ford was very responsive and got back to us right a had contacted a couple dealers on different vehicles - Ford and Lincoln. Jerry Paule at Lou Fusz Ford was very responsive and got back to us right away. We wanted a particular model and Jerry was very helpful at locating the vehicle we wanted even though it wasn't on the dealer lot. Although our process took a couple of weeks, Jerry stayed with us and treated us as if we were his only customer. John Ream was great with helping us finance our vehicle and provided us with what we thought was a very good plan with Ford. We would definitely recommend Jerry and John as being no hassle, no pressure and great service and great information.
