Brandon Honda has been by far the best dealership I have ever been to. I will only go to Brandon Honda for now on. I went in for a trade a few months ago and worked with Tony L. He knew our budget and within an hour we had our vehicle. He was never pushy and even took the time to stop and speak with us if he saw out and about. Recently we in for another trade. This time we worked with several people...and collectively they were able to put us in a brand new car. I want to thank everyone we worked with from the bottom of our hearts and because of your outstanding service, Brandon Honda now has a forever customer. The following is why I believe Jerry Meany and Brandon Honda deserve the best rating I can give: I first met Jerry Meany over the phone when I called Brandon Honda about the 2006 Explorer I noticed on the Honda deserve the best rating I can give: I first met Jerry Meany over the phone when I called Brandon Honda about the 2006 Explorer I noticed on the Edmonds.com website. He was very polite and pleasant. I could hear his smile and the sincerity in his voice as he answered every question I asked, and when he wasn't sure about the answer to one question he immediately researched and came back with the answer. He was honest. He didn't make something up that I wanted to hear. I admire honesty so I made an appointment to visit Brandon Honda on Saturday even though I lived 2 hours away in Deltona. I had to cancel the first appointment due to an on going health issue of mine. When I notified Jerry he was understanding and gracious. I told him I would schedule another appointment when I was able. Obviously, I did re-schedule and when I arrived at Brandon Honda Jerry had anticipated just about everything and had the Explorer ready for a test drive. All aspects of the Explorer were exactly as Jerry stated. Nothing was over blown or under stated. Jerry was patient and used NO high pressure tactics and I felt satisfied with the deal we made. Perception is often 99% of everything and Jerry, more than anyone else, made my buying experience at Brandon Honda and excellent one. More

I contacted Ron Wright via a phone call to obtain information for my sister, as she is rehabbing with us. I spoke with Mr. Wright on the phone and also tried to obtain info through the internet. (Friday) We proceeded to the dealership, met briefly with Mr. Wright and were introduced to Jerry Meany. Mr. Meany listened attentively and asked appropriate questions to ascertain my sister's needs concerning vehicles. He then showed us what we had asked to see and arranged for a test drive. Mr. Meany was obviously knowledgeable about the features on the 2013 Honda Accord and answered all questions promptly. Once price was discussed, it was without a trade-in because the status of my sister's car was in question. We were able to get the needed answers concerning a possible trade and she decided to have her current Accord evaluated as a trade-in. Her air was found to be inoperable and Mr. Meany came back with an estimated offer for her car as a trade. We found the offer to be a bit low and negotiated another price which was approved in the "war room"! Paperwork was drawn up and signed. The finance person, Carson Johntry, was a great asset to Brandon Honda...very personable and efficient. The final step was to learn how to operate the new "space age" Accord. This was done by Mr. Ron Wright. He stressed that any further questions would be more than welcomed and for my sister to have no hesitations about further contact through a phone call or a personal stop at the dealership. Overall the experience at Brandon Honda was pleasurable. It is refreshing to have well trained staff that are knowledgeable about the product and focused on customer service. An added perk was meeting Zeus in person! More

John was absolutely awesome from the beginning of the deal to the end. He made the process of buying and trading in a car very painless. I live in Chicago and purchased an auto for a family member living in FL. Initially, I had an issue with the final purchase price; the docs were signed w/o me viewing the final agreed-upon price and we member living in FL.
