I came in with a cash deal that I had been working with the internet department on. Showed up and was told to ask for the sales manager. He took a while to show up and was dismissive. Finance took another 30 minutes who’s is understandable give the amount of paperwork, even with a cash deal. Then I waited over half an hour for someone to put on the registration and temp plates. I would have waited longer, but Jerry was the one to take action and get it done. More
