My recent purchase @Covert was just as smooth as it was the first time. Chris Tropiano’s communication and honesty were consistent with the first purchase, which is the reason I went to him directly this t the first time. Chris Tropiano’s communication and honesty were consistent with the first purchase, which is the reason I went to him directly this time around. The level of service that Chris has provided is 2nd to none. I don’t even live in Austin and yet Chris has made this transaction more stress free, than it would have been with any of my local dealers. My cars are so much more enjoyable to drive because the customer experience was so enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a preowned vehicle to reach out to Chris @Covert, whether you live in the area or not. Thanks Again Chris!! More

Absolutely the BEST buying experience! I was a bit indecisive on what I wanted and it had been years since purchasing a vehicle. A close friend highly recommended contacting Corey at Covert Cadillac a indecisive on what I wanted and it had been years since purchasing a vehicle. A close friend highly recommended contacting Corey at Covert Cadillac and am so grateful I had the pleasure of working with him. He went above and beyond searching for just the right vehicle (and stayed well after they closed to make sure I was taken care of). He listened (really listened) to my needs and wants while providing guidance on various makes and models for reliability, durability land comfort on a low mileage, used vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable, sincere and trustworthy. I never felt pressured and in fact he sincerely cared about finding the perfect car for me. Thank you Corey for your patience, attentiveness and making the exploration and decision making process quick, easy, comfortable and fun! Working with Jerry in the Finance Department was also a pleasure, providing a caring and trusting atmosphere. He truly put efforts into helping me understand all financial aspects and was able to help me stay within budget. I love love my Nissan Rogue SV! Covert Cadillac is definitely First Class - they provide a 5 Star customer experience. I highly recommend Corey to everyone for their next purchase. I will purchase my future vehicles ONLY from Covert Cadillac. More

2nd chance meets expectations. The first go around with the Covert Family in 2018 was not so smooth running to say the least. well not the purchasing part more of the service in one The first go around with the Covert Family in 2018 was not so smooth running to say the least. well not the purchasing part more of the service in one of their used dealership. but when I got rear-ended in December right before Christmas I called Covert to see my options after my car was declared a Total loss.I asked For Jerry Duran since I had worked with him last time along with Gary Fitzpatrick, he was an extreme help reassured me everything would be okay and we would figure things out. He asked me since with the accident if I was going to be in the market for a new vehicle which of course I was, he advised me that Cory Rutherford would be in contact with me well he called me shortly after to ask what kind of vehicles and features I was looking for. Shortly after we hung up he sent me a text with his information and he was on his way to search for a vehicle for me. Cory is AMAZING! He is patient kind and great at what he does. I was so indecisive on what kind of vehicle i was really looking for but not once did you see Cory get annoyed or frustrated with me even though I had about 4 Cars parked in the front for me. lol! He was in between other customers and I and not once did he make a mean or weird face towards my family and I or anybody else. He was a tremendous help and blessing! We had our 2 yr old with us through this whole process from 1pm-6pm and the patience with us was amazing. I would recommend Cory 1000 times to anybody, And when we are ready to trade in our new baby to us for an even Newer one we will be sure to come to Cory! Thank you for the amazing Service Covert and helping me not freak out as bad! Thank you for all that yall did for me Cory Jerry and Gary! More

We live out of state but were looking in central Texas for a clean vehicle that had never been near the ocean or snow. Chris was extremely helpful and accommodating to our unique situation and did everything he could to make the deal easy and seamless. Great communication the entire time. When the vehicle arrived to us in North Carolina with a headlight that was not working correctly he worked with the dealership here to get it fixed. My family has bought over 20 vehicles from Covert family of dealerships in the last 20 years and will definitely start there for our future purchases. More

This is the experience car buyers want... trust me I have been an avid fan of Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles for the past 7-9 years. I decided that it was time to let go of the SRT addiction and move to something more reliable and more in line with my current needs. I have worked in automotive technology for 10+ years and have purchased vehicles from online used retailers because I am firm believer that experience and service are the most important drivers for me. I was skeptical at first, but after working Jorge in Sales and Jerry in Finance, this was by far THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! No hassling, I found a good deal and best yet, they delivered my car to my front door. That's what it's all about! If there is any concern about vehicles and needing to put your hands and eyes on it before you drive, my recommendation is that you should narrow down your search because the dealers now offer so much information about what you are buying. Within 2 hours I knew all the differences between the XT6 FWD, AWD Premium and Sport packages. Here is an insider clue... the vehicles that dealerships sell are fantastic quality and manufacturers are building quality product. The only thing I recommend to you and other dealers... market the convenience of what consumers want. Easy financing and at home delivery. GREAT JOB! More
