Great experience buying a used car! We were looking for a higher mileage used car for my son that would be a reliable first car. Nothing is more frustrating then finding a car on a webs We were looking for a higher mileage used car for my son that would be a reliable first car. Nothing is more frustrating then finding a car on a website and then going to look at it in person just to see that is not really what was expected. This was not the case with Germain!! We found our car on the website. We were able to see lots of pictures and the Carfax which made decision to go look at the car very easy. Called them up to confirm availability and went to check out the car right away. The salesman, Nishi Patel, had the car pulled around and ready for the test drive when we arrived (no searching the lot to try and find it). Once we decided to purchase the process couldn't have been easier! Jerry got the paperwork done quickly and we were out the door. Nishi did a great job getting the car ready to go for us! We will defiantly be returning to Germain again in the future! More

He carefully listened to my situation and went over inventory. Kelly handed me the keys to an Accord to take on a test drive and when I got back, he already had numbers ready go. The whole experience was exceptional. Kelly was really respectful, personable, and professional, as were the other staff I worked with(Ryan and Jerry). These guys are very trustworthy.
