My salesperson, Jerone Sealy was exceptional, he was friendly , professional and displayed a very calm demeanor in his approach to selling. I never felt pressured. Jerone explained in detail every question I had regarding the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of the sale. If I had to rate him from 1 - 10 he deserves an 11. Jerone Sealy thank you so much. I love my GLE 43 Coupe just as you said I would. You are a top notch salesperson! More

Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center-“The worst like nightmare” Dear Mercedes-Benz, the whole situation with a deposit and customer service is very confusing, and still questionable in your official dealership Merc Dear Mercedes-Benz, the whole situation with a deposit and customer service is very confusing, and still questionable in your official dealership Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center. It is unbelievable that everything happening with the dealership of the Mercedes-Benz whose slogan is “The best or nothing.” It is also sad that sales representative and general manager not responding (NO call back after the voice messages, NO call back after the conversation on the phone, NO call back after Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Line, NO email response, etc.) and ignoring in a very disrespectful tone. The Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center showed great disrespect, lack of professionalism, and left very bitter feelings about Mercedes-Benz. When person coming to buy a car especially from such a high and luxurious brand like Mercedes-Benz, potential buyer (maybe future customer) expect punctuality, respectful treatment, and understanding all needs. When person is actually thinking about two cars (GLE Coupe and SLC Roadster) than everything should be done properly for 100% because it is not only potential buyer, it is a potential loyal customer. Surprisingly, the dealership Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center behave in manner that customer owe them something, that customer should be happy of such a great opportunity to be in such a gracious and royal dealership, and of course do not complain about anything. Hopefully, the dealership Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center will stop behave immaturely, disrespectfully, and return the deposit after so much headache, calls, emails, claim in the bank, and claim in the Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Line. Because this issue already continuing almost for 3 weeks, the claim in the bank and claim in the Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Line are the last things that could possibly solve this issue. Maybe the Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center not understand what Mercedes-Benz is!? Maybe the Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center do not know the great history of the Mercedes-Benz, or about Formula 1 Grand Prix Championship, or maybe Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center has their own slogan “The worst like nightmare”!? Hopefully, Mercedes-Benz will always stand and follow “The best or nothing” and continue to produce a good quality cars, and deposit will be finally returned.
