My salesman, Elliott , went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and never pushy — which is rare and so appreciated when buying a car. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every detail, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. The trade-in process was fair, financing was clear and transparent, and I left feeling confident and excited about my new car. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction and makes the whole experience easy, I highly recommend Elliott and the whole team at Arlington Heights ford ! I’ll definitely be coming back here for future vehicles and recommend family and friends ! Thank you again for making my dream car a reality!!!! More
