Ron and the rest of the Gateway crew were all extremely wonderful to work with. From the time we started looking for a vehicle, answering questions about ordering a pickup as opposed to buying one on the l wonderful to work with. From the time we started looking for a vehicle, answering questions about ordering a pickup as opposed to buying one on the lot, going step by step through the ordering process and keeping in touch with every update they received. We were notified when the build request was approved, when the build started, and when the truck was loaded on transport for delivery. There was no point in the process where we were not kept up to date. When the truck was ready to be picked up Ron, the finance guys and everyone else made the process painless. All our questions were answered, paperwork went fast and they went over all of the features and helped set up everything. Ron and all the other employees were friendly, listened to what we were looking for, gave us the pros and cons of everything and we’re all around great to work with. More
