This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The staff was very positive, welcoming, helpful, and willing to work with me. The sales lady, Kia was awesome. She went over and beyond to t vehicle. The staff was very positive, welcoming, helpful, and willing to work with me. The sales lady, Kia was awesome. She went over and beyond to take care of us, get us what we wanted, checked on us throughout the process, and is just the best at her job! She cares about the customer. This dealership doesn't just care about selling their vehicles, they actually care about making the customers happy and satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle! If you want an awesome sales person to help you, ask for Kia! More

Updated Review: Outstanding customer service from Adam and Jenkins Hyundai! We had our vehicle delivered and we were missing the floor mats. After leaving a not so great review, Adam reached out to us, an and Jenkins Hyundai! We had our vehicle delivered and we were missing the floor mats. After leaving a not so great review, Adam reached out to us, and assured us that he was working on a solution. Within a week we had a brand new set of first, second, and third row floor mats at our front door. Then we had to replace the battery within the first month of owning our certified pre owned Palisade. We gave Adam a call and Jenkins Hyundai also took care of the price of the Battery and Labor. 5 star service and 5 star communication! More
