There aren’t enough words to express how professional, friendly, and dedicated Jennifer is- from a typical service appointment to literally SAVING me via FaceTime when I had a coolant issue in the middle of Alligator Alley, Jennifer has been there without delay to make sure I am all taken care of- she even gives pep talks (ha- it’s true!). You truly have a special team member in Jennifer- she is a big part of the reason I plan to stay in the Land Rover family for my next car! I also have to say- I’ve leased two cars from Austin Bending, and he is amazing too! He welcomed me to come in to see available options for lease despite a tight budget- he was so respectful of that budget and found a great fit for my payment cap at the time. He knew the 2020 Disco Sport would be a perfect upgrade as soon as it launched. He sent a few pics of the first one that hit the lot and that was all it took- I was in the dealership a few days later to swap cars! He was right- I love my Sport and I look forward to finding my next car with Austin in a few years. Last but not least, Lynn is so fun and funny- he makes signing paperwork feel like a coffee break, not a scary commitment!:) All of the team members I have encountered are friendly, happy to help, and professional... just had to give a shout out to these three special people who have made the decision to be a repeat customer a no-brainer.
