I've had the privilege to work with Jennifer on 4 different leases over the last 10 years, she is, in my view, an individual of exceptional character with a work ethic to match. I was referred to Jennifer Collins by a friend who has used her services for years. I have never used a service to help me with a car purchase, but was pleasantly surprised from the first talks with Jenn used her services for years. She was never pushy or impatient, despite me being a little unsure of what I wanted to get. When we went on location to test drive an assortment of vehicles she would ask what I liked & did not like about each one. By the time we were finished she pulled out her notes and summarize what I was looking for based on the feedback she collected during the test drives. Simple process, but never have experienced that type of customer service. Jennifer was also very thorough in assessing the best deal not only on the car but in financing. She put together a few different options and explained the terms in pros/cons against what my needs were. My overall car buying experience with Jennifer has been unmatched! I was impressed with her during purchase and she remains impressive with her continued service now. I was extremely interested in (but very skeptical of!) leasing a vehicle. Jenn walked me through the process, explained (again and again - I'm a slow learner!!) the pros and cons, and in the end I leased leasing a vehicle.
