I purchased my car remotely - I saw the photos posted on Walt Sweeney Ford's website. I contacted the salesman, Gymmy Simpson, who cheerfully took additional photos of critical areas of the car to allay any Walt Sweeney Ford's website. Once I arrived at the dealership, Gymmy was super helpful in my test driving the car, answering any questions, and assisting in the processing of the purchase. Discovered back brake light out after we left to drive home which seems inexcusable due to the inspection you say you do- and that’s a safety issue. Paperwork said 4 floor mats but only received 2.
