These guys made it too easy to buy my X5M ! This is my fourth purchase from The BMW store. We haven't owned a BMW for a while, so I haven't been to the dealership for years. I was kind of window shopping one day looking for my next SUV online. I submitted contact information on the web site and within 10 minutes received an email from Chris Lykins. We went back and forth a couple times and settled on a price. Chris called me and did a credit application over the phone. I never set foot in the dealership until my X5M arrived. I met with Jemar Dubose to wrap up the lease documents. At that point Ric Koresky introduced himself to me during the extensive vehicle orientation process. From start to finish this was easily the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle ! Needless to say, the X5M is everything I imagined it could be ! More
