They where very good about listening to my request and making a deal that worked for me. The only thing negative was the color I wanted was showing in their system but not on the lot. making a deal that worked for me. .What an amazing experience at Mazda of the Avenues! I purchased two vehicles within three weeks, and I couldn't be happier with how easy and stress-free the entire process was. Hector took the time to t purchased two vehicles within three weeks, and I couldn't be happier with how easy and stress-free the entire process was. Hector took the time to truly listen to my needs, helped me find the right vehicles, and worked hard to get me a great price without any pressure. He was professional, respectful, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with throughout the entire experience. A special thank you to Jeff in Finance as well. He made the financing process straightforward and transparent, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently and professionally. From start to finish, the team treated me with respect and made me feel like a valued customer. It's rare to have such a positive car-buying experience, let alone twice in such a short period of time! If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Mazda of the Avenues, and especially Hector and Jeff. They've earned my trust and future business. 🚗🚗👏 More

For DealerRater, I’d make it a little more dealership-focused than the Google review—still personal, but emphasizing the buying experience, staff, and how comfortable you felt. I had an abs dealership-focused than the Google review—still personal, but emphasizing the buying experience, staff, and how comfortable you felt. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mazda at the Avenues. Car shopping can be stressful, but from the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable, taken care of, and never pressured. Elmin was fantastic throughout the entire process—friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. Andrew, the General Manager, also went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had a great experience. The dealership itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and comfortable, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely welcoming and helpful. You can tell they care about their customers beyond simply making a sale. I left with a new Mazda CX-50 Hybrid that I absolutely love and feeling great about the entire experience. I would happily recommend Mazda at the Avenues, Elmin, and Andrew to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More
