Jeff Sleight provided us with the most ideal service we could hope for. As young people with full schedules in work and school, we dreaded the thought of spending our whole day off negotiating back and forth with a salesman that didn't have our best interest in mind. When we met Jeff a few months ago looking to purchase a used car on a limited budget, we were pleasantly surprised with how down to Earth and fair he was. We knew that with our lease on a previous vehicle coming to an end a few months later, we had to return to Landmark again. He was patient with us while we insisted both of us test drive both versions to compare how they handled. When we asked about a different color he took us back to the exact one, still wrapped from delivery. He took us quickly through the process to complete our trade and make the deal. Kari then helped complete the financing. While she did offer a number of services we didn’t want, she listened to us and in the end we got the service plan. Very professional. The Nora Ephron quote on her desk still cracks me up - “When your children are teenagers, it's important to have a dog so that someone in the house is happy to see you.” Overall one of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had. More
